The journey of motherhood is a rollercoaster ride unlike any other. There are good days, bad days, and everything in between.
Sometimes parenting gets overwhelming, especially if you are doing it with little or no support system. You may feel like you are a terrible mom because you don’t have the time, energy, or money to give what you’ve always wanted to for your children.
You are not alone. There are thousands of mothers who have the same thoughts and feelings. A handful don’t have anyone there to tell them they are doing a great job under their circumstances.
I am here to tell you how amazing you are. No one can love your kids the way you do and all your hard work will pay off.
The Power of Affirmations
Affirmations are important tools for promoting positivity, self-empowerment, goal achievement, stress reduction, and overall well-being.
By incorporating affirmations into your daily routine, you can cultivate a more positive and resilient mindset, leading to a happier and more fulfilling life.
Other benefits include:
Self-Empowerment: Empowering you to take control of your thoughts and beliefs. By repeating affirmations regularly, you reinforce positive messages about yourself, your abilities, and your potential, which can boost self-confidence and self-esteem.
Goal Setting and Achievement: Aligning your thoughts and actions with your goals. You can program your subconscious mind to work towards them, increasing motivation and persistence in achieving them.
Resilience and Adaptability: Enhancing resilience and adaptability in the face of challenges. By reinforcing positive beliefs about your ability to overcome obstacles and grow from experiences, affirmations can help you navigate adversity with greater confidence and optimism.

Mom Guilt
Every great mother has questioned themselves and their ability to be the best parent for their child. Know that there is no perfect parent, and raising kids can be exhausting.
We yell out of frustration and feel overwhelmed with day-to-day care sometimes. We desire breaks away from our kids yet guilt ourselves into feeling bad about leaving them behind.
One of my favorite affirmations I’ve come across is:
Today, I remind myself that taking breaks is ok. I let go of the guilt and pressure to have energy 24/7. Instead, I allow myself to relax and rest in peace. My feelings are real and ok.
